Best known as “the city that capture the sun”, Mexicali is a young metropoli young and dynamic from the state of Baja California that was founded in 1903. It’s linked to the North American city of Calexico in California, by a border bridge itself that, with a little more than 21 million people a year, serves as the third busiest crossing in the world.
