Why should you activate Pre Check-In?

You can save time at the counter by activating your quick online check-in. You’ll only need to provide official ID, driver’s license, and contact information that’s typically collected at the time of pickup, and we’ll be ready when you arrive. You’ll be on your way and on vacation before you know it!

READY TO START?

By providing your information in advance, we’ll make the rental process faster for you.
Bring valid official ID and driver’s license for each driver and an acceptable method of payment.
Head to the Alamo counter or self-service kiosk (if available) to get your rental agreement. Do not go directly to the car.

The standard rental pick-up experience. At the time of pick-up, renter's driver's license, contact information, and payment will be manually entered at the counter or via a self-service kiosk (where available).

Pre Check-In

A fast rental pick-up experience. Pre Check-in is activated when the renter's driver's license and contact information is provided ahead of pick-up. When you arrive, stop at the counter so we can quickly verify your information and collect payment.
